PROCESSING
Sugar Luxe Candle Co has a 3-5 business day processing time once the order has been placed. You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Alaska and Hawaii may require additional processing time.
Business hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm MST. Any order placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday!
Should you need to expedite your order, please leave us a note in your cart before checking out & we will try our best to accommodate your desires.
ORDER SHIPPING
***PLEASE NOTE***
Due to extreme heat during certain months in Texas , we will only ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure your candle(s) are in the best condition upon arrival. This is typically May through October in Texas.
Starting November through April we will ship Monday through Friday. We do not ship on nationally celebrated holidays.
We offer free USPS shipping for all orders over $100 with code FREESHIPPING
SugarLuxeCandleCo currently ships orders via USPS Priority Mail and/or UPS from Texas.
